This Book City bookstore is in The Beach neighbourhood at 1950 Queen St. E. just east of Woodbine Ave. in east Toronto. To get there by TTC, take either the Queen Streetcar or #92 bus from Woodbine Station.

Book City is a Toronto chain of bookstores that first opened in the Annex in 1976 and is still run by a family that goes back four generations in the book business. The stores carry new and back-list titles and there are tables with many bargains. If you're looking for a title, ask the knowledgeable staff they can probably order it.
